Zinfandel is Paso's Wine...

The central coast is a great region for growing some of the best grapes that turn into even better wine. One wine known to grow well in the central coast region is Zinfandel. Paso Robles, especially, is known for the Zinfandel wine it produces. It grows well in Paso Robles because it needs a warm climate to fully mature and wine makers can keep the crop level down, producing a nice grape. Zinfandel has been named “Paso Robles’ Wine.”
